Kai Weller
Kai Weller has over 20 years’ experience in the luxury Hospitality Sector, working with the leading global operators in the industry.
He has opened, consulted, and held senior management roles in a number of multi-award winning 5* Hotels, Private Member’s Clubs, and Restaurants, building up an extensive, trusted and personal network along the way.
His in-depth understanding and first hand operational experience of the sector has enabled him to support and grow some of the leading businesses in the field with the industry’s best talent.
Kai established FIND Talent Group with offices in the UK and the Middle East in 2021 before co-founding House of Talent (HOT) in 2024 with new and complimentary partners.
Jeremy Simmons
Jeremy has been involved in the world of property for forty-four years with the last thirty-five years having been specialising in the hotel, restaurant, and leisure arena.
Between 1989 and 2004 Jeremy created and expanded Berkeley Simmons Davis which became one of the top three most well-known leisure property specialist consultancies in the UK which was ultimately sold to a fully listed UK Public Company in 2004.
Thereafter in 2006 Jeremy again sold his operating team to the world’s largest commercial property consultants CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) and then assumed the position of Head of Leisure for CBRE and was responsible for Europe, the Middle East & Africa (EMEA).
After a fixed period of two years on the board at CBRE, Jeremy re-created the name ofBerkeley Simmons Leisure (BSL) in 2009 and developed the current international leisureconsultancy which advice’s on restaurant, hotel and all leisure property transactions, plus the creation of franchise/license brands and partnerships for a large number of well-known global restaurant brands and chefs all within the leisure industry.
Ivona Grgan
Ivona has been involved in the food & wine business and hospitality for the last thirteen years across Asia, US and Europe. Before that she was in investment banking and private equity in Europe and South America.
Ivona is very passionate about food and wine and has worked on various projects, from importing high end foods for restaurants, organising large scale luxury wine events and travel, as well as consulting some of the top wine makers and chefs.
With education in both wine and nutrition, as well as a Masters degree in Finance she has a deep understanding of the industry from various aspects.
Ivona has been a part of BSL team since the end of 2019 and has now become an invaluable partner and member of the team, allowing her to be a great part of the new HOT recruitment business.
