HOT has been created by a combination of three individuals, Kai Weller, Jeremy Simmons and Ivona Grgan, all with extensive experience of the restaurant, hotel and hospitality world, having recognised the great importance of building and assisting to deliver a suitable operation team, for their respective clients, and to find new opportunities for those wanting to enhance and progress rapidly in their hospitality careers.
Each of the three partners contributing from diverse areas of hospitality, combining a blend of absolute professionalism and immense industry knowledge.
